Mental Health: Let's Talk About It
We all go through problems, but the way we deal with them is essential to growing and achieving our goals. This is something that is not talked about but should be addressed. Below are a few examples:
Friends & FamilyTalk it out!!!
Grabbing a bite to eat with a friend or having a conversation with a friend can go a long way with stress and anxiety. If talking does not feel comforting then try doing an activity with a loved one. Find a support system, whether that is your school, home, or JUMP! If you feel like you have no one to talk to, you can always reach out to us for help.

JournalingWrite it down!!!
When talking fails, sometimes writing it down helps. It allows you to think through your feelings and get it out on paper. Here are some journal prompts:
-Describe a goal you have -Write a letter to your body -Write three lessons you've learned this year -When do you feel most happy? -Physically, how do you feel? |
